Rental Information
Community Hall rental includes tables, chairs, BBQ + Grill (excludes propane)

13 tables and 50 chairs are available for rent separately at no charge for RVTL residents (subject to availability).

Hall capacity (indoors)

• 30 setup with tables & chairs
• 50 with chairs only
• 80 standing only

Hall capacity (outdoors - inside security fence)

• 135 setup with tables & chairs
• 200 with chairs only
• 250 standing only

Rental Fees

• Hall Rental (includes tables and chairs): $300 per day 
• Damage Deposit: $400
